Traffic Analysis and Monitoring

Google Analytics is our default web analytics software, providing accurate measurements of basic key performance indicators and allowing limited visitor segmentation. While a step up from other free products, it is of little value for advanced analysis. Depending upon the nature of the services you wish us to provide to you, it may be necessary to install a more robust premium web analytics software package. We use two packages other than Google Analytics: ClickLab, and our own proprietary ClickScience Web Analytics.

We will let you know if a specific service or circumstance requires advanced analytics software, why we recommend one package over another, and the cost. Most of our basic service packages do not require it.
